Marsco

My name is Lorraine Boyle, founder of Marsco.

I am an ADHD coach and wellbeing practitioner with lived experience of ADHD and autism (AuDHD).
I combine professional expertise with real-life experience to offer compassionate, practical support that helps you better understand yourself, your brain and your wellbeing.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We'll take things one step at a time, together

My Journey

My adult ADHD diagnosis came during a period of profound self-discovery following a mental health breakdown.

For many years, my ADHD went unrecognised and was treated only with antidepressants, which never addressed the underlying cause of my struggles.

As my understanding grew, I recognised I am also autistic something that is common alongside ADHD.

Around 50-70% of autistic people also have ADHD, and many adults only recognise the second neurotype once the first has been identified. This combined experience is often called AuDHD. For me, it brought even greater clarity.

These experiences strengthened my passion for helping neurodivergent individuals better understand their brains, develop self-compassion and find strategies that work.

I believe every brain deserves understanding, support and practical tools for wellbeing.

This personal journey inspired me to deepen my professional knowledge and training.

I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor (HNC) and then as a Health & Wellbeing Coach through Raw Horizons Academy (NHS-recognised), followed by specialist training in Autism, ADHD and Somatic Coaching.

I believe learning never stops, and I continue to develop my knowledge in neurodiversity, wellbeing and mental health so I can offer the best possible support.

Why Marsco Was Created

I wanted to offer the kind of support I wish I had when I was struggling.

A safe, welcoming space where neurodivergent people feel seen, understood and supported to thrive in their own way.

I believe in practical, lasting support.

I empower people with knowledge, strategies and tools they can continue using long after our work together has ended.

I understand the reality of neurodivergent family life.

As a mother to three neurodivergent children, I have invaluable lived experience of advocacy, navigating systems and creating a calmer home life.

My personal experiences and professional qualifications shape the compassionate, neuro-affirming approach at the heart of everything I do.

The Marsco Approach

Everything I offer through Marsco has been chosen with purpose.

Lived & Tested

Many strategies and tools come from my own family's journey. They are tried, tested and proven to make a difference in real life.

Individual, Not One-Size-Fits-All

Every neurodivergent person is unique. There is no single therapy or approach that works for everyone. I work alongside you to find what works for you.

Practical & Sustainable

I focus on realistic, practical approaches that fit into your everyday life and support your wellbeing in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

Compassionate & Neuro-Affirming

I believe neurodivergent people deserve support that is centred around the individual - not around moulding themselves to a world that wasn’t shaped with neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and learning in mind.
